Refund Policy

At AgniPE, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order invoice, must be provided.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Process for Refunds

Provide your order details, the reason for the return, and supporting documentation or photos if applicable.
Step 2: Return the Product
If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection may take up to 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,
- UPI or Wallet Payments: 2-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will bear the shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the exchange process will follow the same steps as outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
